It's that flavored toenail polish. I wear it all the time.
She's not your average boring thumb-sucker. She like to be different, you know, think outside the box.

Ahhhh, so cute. Maybe she's dyslexic? or ambidextrous to the extreme...interchangeable hands AND feet ;)
Cole used to chew his toenails constantly! We fined him 10 push-ups everytime we caught him and that ended it--publicly anyway.
It's called toe flossing, which should always be followed by regular flossing, and brushing, and mouthwash gargling. So cutsie!
Thanks to Brandon we now know what side of the family to blame it on.
