Goggles

Memphis has been unseasonably cold. For memphis. Yes I realize there is still snow on the ground in my home state, but if I have to put up with 105 degree summers, I should get some early springs to go with them. Right?

My girls put away the winter stuff and dug out the summer box 3 weeks ago. They, too, are eager. We have our crates and soil just waiting for the temps to rise enough to get our garden started. Tt snowed at soccer practice this week. Come on, sunshine, we are just itching for you!

Til then. . .I guess we'll be wearing our goggles with long sleeves and blue jeans.

Goggles. Always funny.

Tell me, are you as eager for Spring as I am? What warm weather fun do you have planned?

Yes! Definitely wishing for warm weather here. So sick of snow. Here are some Pittsburgh warm weather plans wave pool in South Park, water steps, riding bikes up at the church, walks to the little park in the neighborhood, just hanging in the back yard playing in the tree house. Miss you guys!

Goggles really are always funny. As for spring, well, my kids are shoveling snow around as usual so it will melt faster and they can wear their shorts.

I just came in from walking my kids their their friends house. That sunshine feels SO good on my skin! The back and forth of Spring in the valley is a killer for me. But gosh, when it is lovely, it is lovely!
I love the goggles. I do.

goggles ARE funny!! That pic of Olivia reminds me a bit of Charlie, believe it or not. I guess it's the silly chin jut. And I love that turquoise desk. Our snow is almost all gone. I'm hoping my hyacinths will come up soon. My first bulbs. Except for the irises, but they don't count. Ah, we misses you.

How have i missed these last two posts? I love that you can plant peach trees--they are my favorite fruit when fresh.
I miss you guys! I can feel Memphis calling us to come visit. Just gotta figure out when. . .
