Easter

Our Easter Sunday was sweet.  Had a bit of a tough time getting through the Easter lesson in my 4 year-old sunbeam class without getting choked up every other sentence. Grateful for the sweet and simple truths of the gospel

The rest of the weekend was full of time with family and friends, and that is always good.

An egg hunt:

Baby chicks! What!? our dear Amanda brought them over to share with us on Easter Eve:

they're so fluffy!!!!!!!! oh, the cuteness.

And baskets, bedheads, and bunny ears on Easter morning:
 Happy Easter.

Oh I've been waiting for this post. I knew we had a good easter, I was just waiting for that confirmation:-) so those egg hunt pics look so green and nice, you'd never know it was raining. Glad you are laid back and let chicks be in your livingroom for a couple hours. it was definitely an easter highlight.

It looks like you had a lovely time. Thank you for your kind note on my blog! I'm glad for a little conference time to help me re-set. :) Hope you are enjoying it at your house!

I'm all caught up now! Not on anything at home of course, just with your blog. Love all your beautiful recent pics. And love that you reposted the grocery cart story. Makes me laugh. And I'll just tell you that one of my fav stories ever is Caleb and the Costco lady. Whenever Ryan sees a comment from you or when we got your darling Christmas card, I say "remember that's my friend Kate with the 4 girls...and proceed to recount the story. Love hearing all about it.
