It kind of feels like we mark time with our holidays and traditions, and every year they seem to come around faster and faster. This is our 5th and final Christmas in Memphis! We have made so many happy memories! I'm just very grateful for this season of our life we've been able to experience here in the South, with our dear Hales and many wonderful friends we've made here.
We made sure to drive through the Shelby Farms Christmas lights one last time. The kids love this so much.
A few Christmas sights around the house:
We spent Christmas Eve one last time with the Hales, as well as with our good friend Debbie Long.
We read Grandpa Hale's skits and did a puppet Nativity.
Jane insisted on a reading of The Polar Express.
New Christmas Eve jammies. We had to bribe Oscar with the phone to sit in the picture.
Silent night, holy night. . .
. . .all is calm, all is bright.Such a sweet, sweet time of year.
