Her last day of the school year has come and gone. Bless you, summer vacation!
We're sleeping in tomorrow and staying in our jammies as long as we want.
We're making smoothies for breakfast. We're not doing our hair. Unless we feel like it. Ah, sweet freedom.
Dear Malan,
You've met every hope I had for you when I sent you off on that bus last fall.
You are a diligent learner, a respectful student, a kindhearted friend, a loving sister.

my brain did a little leapfrog ahead 12 years imagining this same picture at Malan's high school graduation. Have mercy.
Oh, how I love these sisters. They are so lucky to have each other. I am so lucky to have them.
And for the next 3 months, they're mine, all mine.

Can't believe shes already been at school a year, I remember you posting about her leaving kindergarten. It's still another month until summer vacation over here and Baylie will be going thorugh the same milestone and then off to school.
I wish you guys were here so Malan and Meredith could go to first grade together next year!

Stop growing up you littles! I can't believe Malan is already done with kindergarten and Jane and Olivia have grown so much since I saw them last May!

what great pictures! I love the malan laughing picture. it just filled me glee right off. summer is great - swimming & running through sprinklers. Part of the fun of summer will include lazy days at the ranch sucking on otter pops and talking until wee hours of the night. right? right? Your girls are so so cute.
