Havin' it Better

Caleb may be off to exercise his grey matter. . .But me'n the gals get to hang out with our new bff: Handie. (don't mention the baldness, she's sensitive.) This is how we three girls got our laughs this morning. Jane insisted on the pinkie purse.
I admit, I'm a bit jealous and a part of me wishes I could trade places with Caleb. But just a little part of me. I'm pretty crazy about these girls and this is where I want to be for this part of my life. Today was Caleb's first day of school. I've been nervous about this for a long time. We missed him! More than a normal day at work because it was the start of the long haul. But, hooray, we all had a really nice day.

Ahhh...the white coat ceremony. Of course this is just the beginning of the long haul, but I think you will be surprised how fast it can fly by. And I am right there with ya, on being home with the kids. No better place to be! :) Loved the little Miss Handie!

So handsome in the white coat-good job Cabe! The joys of childhood...I think we could all use a good "Miss Handie" type laugh.

You crack me up. And I think you're right. You can be totally jealous and not want to trade at the same time.

Handy looks like a good friend. Glad to see you guys are off and running! We miss you! Chloe told a little boy in the post office yesterday that her cousing Malan was very far away. She misses her and draws pictures for her all the time. We'll have to send some over! Love ya!

First day of school already! Wow. Stanford doesn't start until Sept. 22nd. Hey, we're going to have to get together for a counseling session with you guys when Jeff starts applying to Med schools...

Man, I got all teary when I saw the girls. I feel like you've stolen my grandkids. I miss you too. Emma still prays for the girls every night.
I got teary again and laughed like a goat when I read Kdogs office blog. Oh my gosh soo funny. He has really missed his calling.
Love you four... Wenders
