After the glorious ranch, Caleb had to head home to work, but the girls and I got to spend some quality time with our beloved Huntsville for a couple of weeks. Truth be told, I didn't see much of my older three girls. They disappeared with their cousins and had the time of their lives. They rode bikes, explored the back river, made barbie medical supplies, did spas and salons on each other, played psychiatrist with the older cousins, and had sleepovers and late night hang outs and other such glorious things. So I have a disproportionate number of Emme pictures since she's the one I got to hang out with the most.
Huntsville rocks.
And a Navajo taco dinner at the Malmborgs. We ate with the Songers or Malmborgs most nights, and it was just wonderful to be around my sisters and have our kids play. Kinderfarm living is kind of magical. Darling Charlie!

Emma had her birthday while we were visiting.
Caleb and I babysat Emma for two weeks when we had been married a week and she was 6 months old. We totally bonded. She is such a sweet, kind girl.
And such a talented artist!
And the McKays heavenly pool!
The girls made some sweet little fairies with the Kinderfarm cousins. This is what it's all about...being outside and creative and adventurous and free with cousins!
It was just a joy to be in Huntsville! Oh how our girls love it there. We sure hope it's in our future to be able to live there one day.

WOW! I love all these! I especially love cute Hannah and Malan on the horse. And all the studly McKay boys riding your girls around. I feel like you saw WAAY more of the McKays than we did. I also love cute Charlie and the taco night - your blurry sisters in the background. What a totally fun trip! And to think... we could all be living there in a matter of a few years...
